Want to work on a platform that will be used by millions of consumers and businesses? How about being an early part of what will be one of the hottest sectors in technology? CloudCrowd is a CrowdSourcing 2.0 company, that has recently been featured on NBC, in USA Today, and in TechCrunch. We're up and running with more than 15,000 registered workers, and 500,000 tasks under our belt.  CrowdSourcing 2.0 takes the possibilities of the original CrowdSourcing experiments and turns them into a real-time labor platform that will rival social networking in global impact. Whether you're building an influential Facebook application like www.facebook.com/cloudcrowd, or joining Jordan Ritter to work on high-scalability backends, you will get to build something more important and interesting than Yet Another IPhone App.

Business Development Managers and Directors

CloudCrowd is hiring in Business Development

Imagine for a moment what it would have been like to be put in charge of BD for China's manufacturing companies, 20 years ago. Armed with an unstoppable labor cost advantage, you would have been able to drive deals across hundreds of different industries as you figured out how to convert existing business models to a more streamlined, effective, and speedy way of doing business. That's where we are in the crowdsourcing business: at the beginning of a long period of upheaval and opportunity.

We're seeking managers and directors who want to drive huge deals and who like disrupting the status quo. We're looking for lateral thinkers who can look at something and reinvent it with news tools.

Our target space ranges from the world of Editing and Translation to Content Creation to Business Services.

Check out this video to see some of what you'll get to work with:

Successful applicants will:
1) possess significant experience crafting and driving technology deals
2) have excellent sales skills
3) have taken the time to understand what crowdsourcing is and what CloudCrowd does
4) like the idea of getting in early at a startup, with all that entails
Business Operations Intern
We are hiring an Operations Intern and looking for someone who has already earned a four-year degree. This is a paid position, starting at $2,000 per month. You need to be hungry, energetic, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be tech savvy because you'll be responsible for completing many of the operational tasks that keep CloudCrowd’s platform running.
Our Internships typically last 90 days. At the end, you'll be evaluated, if you wish, for a full-time position, which will come with stock options and benefits. Our founders have done a lot of startups, and since CloudCrowd is early-stage, you'll be working directly with them on a daily basis.
More On Your Skill-Set:
This position requires a self-starter who is extremely detail oriented, focused, and organized. Successful candidates will convince us they have the drive, motivation, and ability to help keep projects on track, and on time. You'll not only be able to wear multiple hats, but thrive in an environment where that's a requirement. You'll have some experience helping to guide projects from start to finish in a technology environment.
You should know, or be willing to learn HTML by your interview date. If you come in for an interview, you will be asked to present a project that showcases your knowledge of HTML.
Interested in a possible rocket ride? Want to do some work on the leading edge? Want to help build something fresh and new? Let us know.
Position Location: San Francisco. Please only respond if you are able to travel on your own to San Francisco for interviews.
