In order to work on some projects, you may be required to have one or more Credentials.
A Credential represents a minimum level of skill in a given area.
You earn Credentials by taking Credential Tests.
Credential Tests require you to submit a single task of the type the Credential represents.
For example, the English Editor Credential Test consists of editing a page of text; the marketing credential requires you to write a sample of marketing copy.
Your credential test submission will result in a pass or fail grade.
We make every effort to review all credential tests as quickly as possible, and you will receive an automatic email notification when the evaluation of your Credential Test is completed.
Be careful when taking a credential test: If you fail the test, you will not be able to take that test again for 7 days.
You may only take each credential test a maximum of four times.
To pass a credential test, you must follow the instructions exactly.
Credentials are not granted permanently. If the quality of your work drops, CloudCrowd may rescind your Credential.
If you have any further questions, please access the worker support forums or the CloudCrowd FAQ.
