1) Official part of .EDU or .ORG domains
2) Official pages of any branch of government
3) Major publications
4) Professional and polished web pages
5) Serious businesses or companies (be careful about bias: Most business content is biased. Some projects require Unbiased data)
At the end of the day, it comes down to a judgement call: would you be inclined to trust this site, based on what you see on it? If so, that site can be considered Credible.
