Credibility

CloudCrowd's Credibility System monitors the output of each individual member of our workforce. The only scalable way to monitor a worker's Credibility score is to have workers peer review each other's work. When reviewers agree that a submitted piece of work does not meet the quality standards defined in the service level agreement, the task is rejected. If a worker's results are consistently rejected, they are prohibited from working on our platform. At the same time, if a worker consistenly submits good work, we increase their Credibility score. By designing our system this way, we produce higher work quality at a reduced cost.

Other on demand outsourcing companies have rudimentary credibility systems, based solely on the percentage of tasks for which work is accepted for a given worker. These systems are inherently flawed as much work on other platforms is accepted by default and then just spot checked in-house. This leads to inflated "accuracy" rates and a lower quality of work overall.

Only CloudCrowd's Credibility System calculates precise adjustments to a worker's credibilty--based on factors such as check questions, the confidence that work was done accurately, and how consistently a worker provides correct answers. CloudCrowd removes the limitations of human error, and increases the probability that your work is done correctly.

  • Eliminate Duplicate Tasks - The accuracy of our system allows us to do work once, and get it done right. Since review tasks cost significantly less than doing the actual task, we reduce the overall cost of getting your work done. If a piece of work is rejected by reviewers, we don't pay the worker who did the original piece of work. Competitors rely on work being done multiple times, and as a result we offer a solution that is significantly more scalable and cost effective.
  • Eliminate Bad Workers - If you post thousands of tasks to another platform that requires hand review and you approve all of the tasks without review, you significantly reduce the accuracy of their credibility system.  Our Credibility system eliminates this problem by requiring peer review for all work submitted. By doing this we significantly increase our ability to identify both bad and good workers.
  • Eliminate Client Hand Approval - If you have to approve tasks by hand it costs much than having our Workforce approve your work. Because our Credibility score is reliable, we can create a systematic approval process, and eliminate the need for you to hand check the work we do.
  • Eliminate Traditional Project Managers - By breaking your work into pieces, we eliminate the need for project managers who ensure accuracy in a traditional outsourcing project. Some systems require you to check out profiles of project managers and give them a per-task price on top of what you already pay to complete the work. This system is archaic and hugely inefficient.
