CloudCrowd offers a wide range of online writing jobs; commissioning copy of various lengths, topics, styles and our retail article writing service. We work with everyone from individuals who need help writing one document to Fortune 500 companies who need thousands of pages of content. With a Level 1 Writing Credential, workers can earn up to $20.00 an hour writing: articles, questions & answers, blog posts, etc.

The foundation of all CloudCrowd's online writing jobs is our general style guides. CloudCrowd writers must familiarize themselves with these resources to pass credential tests and be successful CloudCrowd writers.
Note: Specific task instructions always supersede general style guides.
Writing Credentials
Obtaining credentials is an important step toward getting the most out of the CloudCrowd platform. Credentials allow our workers to access higher paying online writing jobs. To obtain a credential a worker must pass the corresponding credential test; these test can be found under the 'Credentials' tab in the CloudCrowd platform. Credential tests can be taken up to 4 times with a 14 day waiting period in-between rejections.
There are currently two levels of the Writer (General) Credential:

- Write Article: Write a fact-based professional article focusing on the information provided by the client.

- Word Count: 50-1500
- Average Writing Time: Word Count Dependent
- Pay: $0.025 per word (Base), $.30 - $4.50 (Bonus) depending on length
